Bespoke Terms & Conditions
Sketches are not to scale and are intended to give an idea of the finished pieces and may differ slightly from the actual piece.
A 50% upfront payment must be paid to confirm any bespoke item. This covers design time, consultation and materials. Once this has been paid the order cannot be changed.
Should you wish to cancel the order after the first 50% is paid, I will not be able to refund this.
Outstanding payments must be made before goods are dispatched.
Postage is not included in the cost of bespoke items; this will be added to your balance invoice.
Rings will be made to the size agreed at the time of ordering. Some rings are not suitable for resizing and would have to be remade, the customer will be responsible for this charge. Resizing, where possible, also incurs a fee.
Unfortunately, I am unable to guarantee stones or metal provided by you, any work undertaken is at your own risk.
Bespoke/commissioned items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
